SSG XTR Exreme Tactical Rifle Bag Black 38″

XTR Tactical Rifle Bag Features

The XTR Tactical Rifle Bag is the 38-inch standard size in the SSG XTR Extreme Tactical Rifle Bag range. It is designed for tactical rifles and accommodates foldable, telescopic and fixed-stock rifles with a suppressor fitted. In addition, the bag has removable magazine pouches and an accessory pouch for carrying related equipment.

The 38-inch model sits between the 25-inch and 44-inch sizes in the range. Therefore, it provides more length than the compact 25-inch option while remaining shorter than the 44-inch model. As a result, the 38-inch size provides a useful middle option for tactical rifle configurations.

The black version uses Riptech Ripstop Canvas for the outer material. Furthermore, SSG specifies high-density reinforced convoluted foam padding for the XTR range. This padded construction helps protect the rifle during handling and transport.

Tactical Rifle Bag Construction and Storage

The bag uses a rugged outer shell together with reinforced foam padding. In addition, robust YKK zippers, fastening fittings and adjusters help secure the bag when closed.

Three removable magazine pouches form part of the XTR design. Each pouch holds two magazines. Moreover, the modular attachment system allows the pouches to be removed when they are not required.

A removable accessory pouch provides additional storage for smaller equipment. Consequently, the user can keep related equipment with the rifle without placing everything inside the main compartment.

The bag also has padded backpack shoulder straps. Therefore, it can be carried as a backpack when required. Furthermore, the modular pouch system allows the storage arrangement to be changed according to the equipment being carried.

SSG offers the XTR range in 25″, 38″ and 44″ sizes. Therefore, the 25-inch model provides a compact option, the 38-inch model provides the standard size, and the 44-inch model provides additional length.
