Birchwood Casey 2in1 Bore Scrubber 150ml

Birchwood Casey 2in1 Bore Scrubber

The Birchwood Casey 2in1 Bore Scrubber removes common barrel fouling from rifles, shotguns and handguns. The Birchwood Casey 2in1 Bore Scrubber attacks, dissolves and removes lead, copper, plastic, carbon and powder fouling. Therefore, one formula addresses several types of residue that can build up inside a firearm bore.

This 150ml bottle contains the 5 fl oz version of the Bore Scrubber 2-in-1 cleaner. The manufacturer supplies this version in a glass bottle under SKU BC-33632. In addition, the formula contains rust-preventive additives that leave protective coating after cleaning.

For example, the cleaner targets copper and lead deposits that can accumulate during repeated shooting. It also works on carbon and powder fouling left inside the bore. Furthermore, it removes plastic residue, including plastic wad residue from shotgun use.

The formula contains no nitrobenzene or butyl cellosolve. It also contains no other highly toxic ingredients identified by the manufacturer. As a result, Birchwood Casey positions the product as a safe, fast and easy-to-use bore cleaner.

Moreover, the 2-in-1 formula combines fouling removal and rust prevention in one product. This can simplify routine firearm maintenance because a separate rust-preventive treatment may not be needed immediately after cleaning. However, always follow the firearm manufacturer’s cleaning instructions and the directions supplied with the product.

The 150ml bottle is suitable for keeping in a firearm cleaning kit or workshop. Meanwhile, its broad fouling-removal capability makes it useful for general bore maintenance across different firearm types. The formula is intended for rifles, shotguns and handguns, giving the product a broad cleaning application.
